Can an azcopy job be resumed from a different machine or location?

Solution for Can an azcopy job be resumed from a different machine or location?
is Given Below:

Issue

I have an azcopy job running, copying a 200gb directory from local to an Azure file share. I need to stop this job and resume it later from either:

a) Different PC, same location.

b) Same PC, different location.

My question is will resuming the azcopy job work using the same SAS token(not expired) from a different machine at a later time? Or as mentioned, will that same SAS token work to resume the azcopy job from the current PC, but from a different location/network.

azcopy jobs resume command

azcopy jobs resume [jobID redacted]

I cannot find anything the documentation that specifically says it will not work. But I’m not finding anything assuring me it will work.

a) Different PC, same location.

At this point of time. The answer would be ‘not possible’ from different PC, same location, as it is Copying a 200gb directory from local drive to an Azure file share.

B) will that same SAS token work to resume the azcopy job from the current PC, but from a different location/network.

Active SAS Token will resume azcopy from same PC on different location network, using azcopy jobs resume [jobID] [flags]

(azcopy jobs resume <job-id> --source-sas <sas-token>)

Optional Method:

Make use of New SAS token to upload file from local to file share.

Note: SAS tokens have a limited validity: It starts at a certain point in time (which can also be in the future) and ends eventually. For the SAS token expiry keep tracking the expiry time and renew the SAS token. Since for security reason you are not recommended to increase expiry time but in case if it’s expired then renew.
SAS token basically need to be continuously refreshed on certain interval in order to make sure no connection breach.
So, you can’t resume the upload file after the SAS token expired you need to create another SAS token and it will start upload file from zero.
