How to create proxy on Windows to connect iphone with postman interceptor?

I’m going through the guide here to intercept iphone requests with postman interceptor.

After finding my computers IPv4 address, I opened my iphone’s wifi settings for the specific mutual network and turned on https_proxy. I plugged in the previously mentioned IPv4 address and set port to 5555 like Postman asked.

After setting the above, I’m unable to browse Safari or open any apps. I do have a connection to the wifi network but just doesn’t seem like any of the requests are going through.

I did find a separate guide on creating a proxy in windows here but that didn’t seem to work as well.

I’d really appreciate any help in getting this set up.
