Is there a way to call multiple files with same name in python to merge a one

Solution for Is there a way to call multiple files with same name in python to merge a one
is Given Below:

*Run L-Express jointly on multiple samples with pre-extracted splitters and discordants

lexpress
-B sample1.bam,sample2.bam,sample3.bam
-S sample1.splitters.bam,sample2.splitters.bam,sample3.splitters.bam
-D sample1.discordants.bam,sample2.discordants.bam,sample3.discordants.bam
-o multi_sample.vcf*

Basically, look for help on the above-mentioned issue using mpi4py.

for eg: ** importing mpi4py module here & the os systems.

x = [ "01","02","03","04","05","06"] i.e defining x variables with multiple sample name.

def wper( int ):
os.system("time lexpress -B "+x[int]+".bam -S "+x[int]+".splitters.bam
-D "+x[int]+".discordants.bam -o multi_sample.vcf)

comm = MPI.COMM_WORLD
rank = comm.Get_rank()

if rank < 5:
wper(rank)

Here I would call each sample variable in “+x[int]+”.

i.e “+x[0][int]+.bam” “+x[1][int]+.bam” .
